Highlight Package

The Highlight Reel is the music video of your wedding. It's a song-length, 3-4 minute masterpiece that will have you on the edge of your chair. Song selection is everything so I'll need you to pick a track that is fun, fast-paced, and maybe even a little quirky. Check out my portfolio for examples. Here's what you get:

Extended Highlight Package

This is a lot like the Highlight Package above, but the Extended Highlight Reel is a two-song montage, lasting 6-8 minutes. What makes this so much fun is that you now have the opportunity to switch up the mood of your wedding film by picking juxtaposing songs. Look to my portfolio for some examples. This package includes:

Documentary Package

The Documentary of your wedding day is a fully edited 30 minute video of your entire wedding day. The extended length of this edit gives us time to include even more than the Highlight Reels, including the best parts of your ceremony and speeches, for example.

Same Day Edit Package

A Same Day Edit is essentially a Highlight Reel, edited on the wedding day itself and shown to you and your guests at the reception. As I keep shooting, I pass memory cards off to my expert editor who works all day long to create a masterpiece for you.

Miscellaneous

Additional hours of shooting: $225/hr for 2013 weddings and $250/hr for 2014 weddings

Breaks in coverage: $50/hr. For example, if you wanted me to shoot 3 hours in the morning and 5 hours in the evening with a 2 hour break in between, it would be just $100 extra. If the hours of shooting are all consecutive, then you don't need this option.

Travel: $0.75 per mile round trip plus tolls & parking if applicable. Required for all weddings.

Sales tax: If I give you the video on any physical product such as a Blu-ray, DVD, or even on your own hard drive, I have to charge California sales tax. But if I send the video to you via the Internet, I don't have to charge sales tax, saving you a few hundred dollars. This is now possible thanks to platforms like Dropbox which allow me to send you tens of gigabytes of data without you even needing a Dropbox account. Plus, the file transfer actually has several benefits.

1. If you have the software, hardware, and knowhow, you can burn your own DVDs and Blu-rays.

2. Anyone can potentially edit the video in the future without having to rip the compressed video off the discs.

3. If you want to make a fire/theft safe backup copy of the video you can just copy the files onto another hard drive and store it at a different location.
